Eligibility

Determine your eligibility for MiB skills assessment under the appropriate assessment program:

457 Skills Assessment Program

  1. Do  you hold a passport from one of the following nominated countries?:
    Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR
    If YES, proceed to question 2
  2. Are you able to undertake assessment within one of the above nominated countries or within Australia?
    If YES, proceed to question 3
  3. Are you seeking assessment in one of the following nominated occupations?
    Carpenter (ANZSCO Code 331212)
    Note: Chinese passport holders applying for a 457 Visa are not required to have a skills assessment for the occupation of Carpenter.
    If YES, proceed to MiB’s registration form

Offshore Skills Assessment Program (OSAP)

  1. Do you hold a passport from one of the following nominated countries?:
    Fiji, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR
    If YES, proceed to question 2
  2. Are you able to undertake assessment within one of the above nominated countries or within Australia?
    If YES, proceed to question 3
  3. Are you seeking assessment in one of the following nominated occupations:
    Carpenter (ANZSCO Code 331212)
    Bricklayer (ANZSCO Code 331111)
    If YES, proceed to MiB’s registration form
